1 1/2 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec

1 oz. Brandy

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

In a shaker with ice, combine the Cointreau or triple sec, brandy and peach schnapps. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

2 oz. Light or Gold Rum

1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp.. Maraschino Liqueur

Orange Slice

Mix all the liquids together in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into a tumbler glass filled with ice and garnish with the orange slice.

1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey

Club Soda

1/2 tsp. Honey (raw or heather honey is best)

Lemon Peel

Muddle the honey with a splash of club soda until dissolved in a small tumbler glass. Add the whiskey and ice cubes to the glass. Fill with more club soda. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop in the glass.

4 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour into a tumbler glass.
