Scotch Cooper

My friend really likes scotch and assures me that this tastes great.

Scotch Cooper

2 -3 oz. scotch

1/4 oz. lime or lemon juice

Ginger Ale

Lime or Lemon Wedge

Mix the scotch and lime or lemon juice in shaker with ice. Pour the contents into a tumbler glass and fill with ginger ale. Garnish with the lime or lemon wedge.

Kentucky Orange Blossom

I'm usually not one for bourbon, but this is absolutely delightful.

Kentucky Orange Blossom

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon

1/2 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. Orange Juice

Lemon peel or wedge

Mix all the ingredients except the lemon in a shaker with ice. Pour the contents into a tumbler glass. Squeeze the lemon peel or wedge over the drink and drop in. Enjoy!

Tom Collins

My mom really like these and Mother knows best.

Tom Collins

2 -3 oz. gin

1 1/2 oz. lemon juice

1/2 oz. sugar syrup or to taste

Club soda

Maraschino cherry optional

Mix all ingredients except the club soda and cherry in a tall glass filled with ice. Fill with club soda and stir. Garnish with cherry, orange, lemon or lime if you like. Enjoy!

J.J.'s Shamrock

In honor of Shamrock Shakes being back and in hopes of Spring arriving early I bring you J.J.'s Shamrock.

1 oz. Irish Whiskey

1/2 oz. creme de cacao (white)

1/2 oz. creme de menthe

1 oz. milk

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice and serve in a cocktail glass. It's the adult version of the Shamrock Shake. Enjoy!

Since I'm making the trek back to my hometown for a good friend's wedding I figured I would share my go to drink anytime I go back home. Only 2 ingredients, but my favorite drink of all time.

1 - 2 oz. vodka

Sun Drop (MUST BE SUN DROP! Found in the green and yellow can with the red lettering)

Pour vodka into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Fill with Sun Drop. Give it a stir and enjoy!
