Blake Shelton returned to the set of The Voice on Wednesday and he's back on Twitter. He tweeted that he's bringing some baggage with him, and no, not the baggage from his divorce from Miranda Lambert.
Back to work filming @NBCTheVoice today. Wonder if I'm gonna be the only one who rolls in a full ice chest....?— Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) July 22, 2015
So, it looks as if things aren't much different for Shelton. He looks to be taping auditions for Season 9 of The Voice which will return Monday, September 21st on NBC. Shelton has been a judge on every season of The Voice along with Adam Levine
A diner owner named Darla in Maine is under fire for recently yelling at a 2-year-old for throwing a tantrum for 40 minutes in her diner. She claims she asked the parents to take her outside while she was throwing her tantrum, but the parents refused. Finally, Darla went over to the table, threw her hands down on the table and said, "This needs to stop!" The parents have since been sharing their feelings on the situation on social media. What do you think? Did Darla go too far or should the parents have taken the toddler outside? What would you do if you were the parents or the diner owner for that matter? How were the patrons feeling? Whose side are you on?
Abby is 4 years old and battling pre-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. As part of her treatment, she heads to a clinic in Melodies Center at Albany Medical Center in New York. This is where she met the man she wants to marry, a nurse named Matt Hickling. Abby told her mom she was going to marry Matt, her mom then texted Matt to tell him since she thought it was so cute, Matt told some other nurses and then responded back to Abby's mom, "We're planning a wedding tomorrow".
In less than 24 hours, Matt along with the help of several others gave Abby the best day ever! Matt FTW! Grab a tissue and watch how it all played out. Get the full story here.
So today I got to help make a 4 year old leukemia patient's "wedding" to her favorite nurse Matt Hickling happen at the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancers at AMC. Thanks to Scott Wright and the team at the Enchanted Garden for donating your time and amazing flowers and to everyone at AMC that helped pull this together in less than 24 hours. You people are amazing. THIS is why we go into nursing.Posted by Lori Ciafardoni on Thursday, July 16, 2015
Christmas 2015 is going to be huge for new movies in theaters. Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens will open around that time as well as the new David O. Russell film Joy starring Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro. I'm already predicting an Oscar nomination for Jennifer Lawrence, but the movie I'm most looking forward to seeing is the new Tina Fey and Amy Poehler comedy called Sisters. The two star as sisters (duh, obviously!) who go back to their childhood home to find their parents have sold it. They decide to throw one last party and hilarity ensues. See it in theaters this Christmas, see the world premiere trailer now!
