A litterbug in Indiana was recently given a ticket after the dirty diaper they tossed out of a vehicle’s window landed on a state trooper’s car. According to the Indy Star, Indiana State Police trooper Sgt. Stephen Wheeles was traveling on I-65 in Johnson County when he noticed a passenger throw the dirty diaper out the window. Sgt. Wheeles says, “I was heading home after working the Indiana State Fair, tired, and wasn’t really expecting it. It hit my car and bounced a couple of times…it’s not something I could really let fly.” Wheeles then promptly initiated a traffic stop and issued the offender a littering citation. Thankfully, Wheeles said his car wasn’t damaged or in need of a car wash after the diaper hit.
