Can’t have guests at their wedding, groom had guests built

I have more than once thought about couples in this exact situation. Do they postpone the ceremony? Greatly downsize and go through with it? Cancel it in frustration? It has to be an extremely difficult and stressful thing to go through. One groom came up with an idea and it came straight from his heart!
