FOOD DRIVE FRIDAYS WITH THE HUNGER TASK FORCE OF LA CROSSE SEES MANY DONATIONS

Today was the first day of drive up donations for The Hunger Task Force. With three drop off sites at Valley View Mall, downtown La Crosse at the courthouse parking lot, and on the Southside in the Big Lots parking lot there was plenty of people donating. KQ98 along with Z93 and The Rock took our donations from Festival Foods to the courthouse lot and watched as dozens of cars stopped through and added to the truck. We were there early, and it sounds like many people came through after we had gone. The Valley View location and Big Lots were said to have lines several cars long as the La Crosse Community stepped up big time to help fill the HTF trucks and shelves! Thank you for all those that helped to day! Food Drive Fridays will be happening every Friday from 11AM-1PM until the end of May.
