Ultimate Sacrifice

November 2nd, 2003, Fallujah, Iraq. Insurgents Shot down a Chinook helicopter carrying dozens of U.S. Soldiers. 16 were killed. Our Bauer’s Market and Garden Center shout-Out pledge goes to the Youngest member of that group of 16. PFC Karina S. Lau, age 20 of California. She had attended 2 semesters of college on a music scholarship and intended to resume after Her stint in the Army. She was a radio operator with the 16th signal brigade out of Fort Hood, Texas.
