Written by Tony Schultz on January 28, 2021
We all know that it’s very important to get everyone vaccinated against Covid-19. We know that the vaccine has to be stored properly or basically it spoils. In Oregon there were health care workers on their way to administer the vaccine, but they got stuck at a traffic accident. The vaccines they had were at risk of spoiling so they made the best of the situation. They went to the cars also held up at the accident and asked if any of them needed the vaccine still and administered it promptly. Michael Weber, who was leading the team is their public health director and he made the quick decision that instead of letting the vaccine go to waste that they should administer it. Smart thinking on his part to do the best in a bad situation.
