With the anticipation that Governor Walz with relax restrictions today many professional teams are hopeful for expanded attendance or full attendance. The Vikings can be the most hopeful since their season doesn’t kick off until the fall and vaccinations should be high enough to safely gather in those types of numbers. Fans are anxiously anticipating getting back into US Bank stadium and using their voices not just to cheer on their favorite team, but to use the Skol Chant and raucous cheering to disrupt the opposing team’s ability to perform and intimidate their offense and feed the defense with decibel shattering support. Vikings opponents know better than anyone that a quiet stadium is a safe stadium. The Vikings released a statement today in relation to possibly getting back to the Skol Chant in full throat.
