He also had a few other top twenty Hits through the early 1970’s. He graduated high school in Dyess, Arkansas in 1958 and Joined the US Army. Tommy counted His Older Brother Johnny as one of His major Musical influences. In 1983 He recorded a duet with Tommy Jennings called ” My Mother’s Other Son”. Tommy Jennings (Waylon’s Younger Brother) was also an Army Veteran. Happy Birthday to Tommy Cash, who turns 81 Today.
