MAJOR GAS LEAK VIDEO IN HAM LAKE, MINNESOTA GOES VIRAL

Is that natural gas you smell? Honestly, we’ve all been there when someone’s furnace kicks in while you’re outside or the oven or stove top doesn’t light right away. There’s the one person that comes running into the room sniffing around in a very serious manner. They are intent on finding the source of this possible leak which may cause the entire house to explode. Then there’s the person that realizes exactly what happened and turns off the burner knob that has been open for about 10 seconds and calmly goes back to their business. I once had to call the gas company because every time I stepped into the street one day I could smell it and feel ill. Good thing I did because my neighbor had a broken pipe and it was leaking down into the street where a spark could have made for an interesting afternoon. You couldn’t see it of hear it, but it was pretty noticeable. This weekend in Ham Lake, MN there was a natural gas leak that everyone in a few miles radius could hear and possibly see. It’s still under investigation as to what caused it, but it sure was a sight that bystander caught on video as they evacuated most of the area. It almost looks fake because it’s so menacing in the darkness of the evening sky. Luckily it was contained and no one was injured from it.
