We all have stresses in our life whether it has to do with school, work, kids, parents, or any other situation you can think of. Sometimes we get nervous about our day and just need some help coping or getting through those moments. Over the years there have been several ways for people to non-medicinally beat their anxieties by breathing, yoga, therapy, or screaming into a pillow. Recently, a mom was worried about her job and her son gave her several pieces of advice that I feel really anyone can use and not really argue. I have not seen daily affirmations of this caliber since Stuart Smally told us all that we’re good enough, we’re smart enough, and doggone it people like us.
