Improve Your Health by Taking Part in Minutes In Motion

Get moving and win prizes along the way!

Gundersen Health System’s “Minutes in Motion” is a FREE six-week community physical activity challenge. Track and record your minutes of physical activity. Average 30 minutes a day for six weeks. All activity counts as “Minutes in Motion,” so do something you enjoy! Yard work, dancing, playing with your kids; so many ways to get moving! The challenge runs from March 28 through May 8.

Win Prizes!

  • Weekly drawings– enter your minutes by midnight on Monday
  • Teachers who register their classroom will be entered to win one of ten $100 gift cards
  • Team captains who lead a team will be entered in to additional drawings
  • Walking Day- On April 6 snap a photo and use the hashtag #MIMWalkingDay on social media or email your photo to wellness@gundersenhealth.org for a chance to win
  • Corporate challenge- participating businesses will compete for the most minutes logged
