6TH GRADER MAKES NEW HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS WHEN NO ONE SIGNS HIS YEARBOOK

We’ve all heard stories about kids being bullied or left out in schools. Whether it’s physical or simply verbal it seems like it has been on the rise in recent years. In Colorado a young man named Brody had moved to a new school due to being bullied at his last one and was looking for a fresh start and to make new friends. Apparently that didn’t go as planned as when he went to have his yearbook signed only a few kids would just write their names to go along with a few teachers. So Brody wrote a message to himself, “Hope you make some more friends!” That’s just heartbreaking. His mom was devastated and shared the picture on Facebook and got a lot of support for Brody. In fact, several seniors heard about it and lined up to sign Brody’s yearbook themselves! It was a great gesture by those kids and they helped brighten this young boy’s day. All it takes is a simple act of kindness to change someone’s day or maybe even their life. You can see more on the story and see a video by clicking the picture.
