WOMAN (ALMOST) LOSES GREAT GRANDMOTHER’S WEDDING RING

We see these stories at times where someone loses a special piece of jewelry and think it’s gone forever. Sometimes the jewelry comes back from someone that finds it by accident or I’ve seen seen stories where a plant in the garden grows and pushes up the lost item. On those rare occasions that someone finds it with a metal detector and posts it on line to be shared it can take years to find the owner. This is a refreshing story in that the woman who lost her ring and posted about it on the internet didn’t think she would ever see it again. However, she asked that if someone had a metal detector and went out and found it that they return it to her. The cool thing is several people went out to do just that and one person found it. A happy ending to what I’m sure was a heartbreaking loss at first.
