REALTOR SINGS A SONG TO TRY TO SELL A HOME

We’ve seen lately a few different properties for sale go viral for different reasons. Mostly there was some funny sign or questionable room on the listing that made people share it. Realtors must be feeling the pressure to get those sales by using Social Media in new ways. I’m not sure singing is the best way, but it seems to be working for a realtor in England. She grabbed on to the song “Never Ending Story” from the 1980’s movie of the same name that had a resurgence in the last few years due to its comedic use on the Netflix show “Stranger Things”. Yes, the song by Limahl that most had forgotten has become something showing up in Tik Toks and other sources of video to the delight of the Gen X crowd that delights in its retro vibe. So why not use it in a video for a house tour with the lyrics changed, and sung by the realtor to fit the listing? With a sale of my own house coming soon I may have to see if my realtor will go this extra mile.
