DOOR DASH DRIVER CONFRONTS PERSON THAT DINED AND LIED ABOUT THE DASH

You know what’s horrible? People. People do bad things that don’t give a second thought as to how it affects someone else. Sometimes it’s parking in a spot you shouldn’t be in or not waiting your turn making other people late or miss an opportunity. These are rude actions that aren’t extremely devastating but can cause some problems. Some people just straight up lie and that can cause someone their job. In this story the latter happened. Apparently a person ordered from the Door Dash app and the person delivered it. The customer then reported back that they never received their food. People do this to cheat the system and get free food. They don;t think about the fact that the person that delivers the food is held accountable. In this case the person that delivered the food and then got reported as not delivering it got fired form the job that is their main source of income. They decided that they should go back to the person that made the false report and let them know the consequences of their actions and give them the opportunity to come clean. The sad thing is that the delivery person is another example of people in the service industry being abused and feeling unappreciated, It’s no different than those that go into a restaurant and dine and dash. Let’s hope that this guy gets his job back the perpetrator thinks differently in the future.
