AIRLINE EMPLOYEE SPREADS CHRISTMAS CHEER AT THE GATE

It’s always fun when people help spread holiday cheer this time of year. Some workers get yelled at, talked down to, and outright abused in their customer service positions. I’ve been at the airport and seen people upset with the desk agent about one thing or another. Usually nothing they can control or “fix” and the person takes some last jab at them personally as they walk away. This gate agent with Delta decided that he needed to spread some Christmas cheer by singing. He changes a few lines, but the spirit is what matters and that he made the day of some folks just traveling for work or going home for the holidays.
