EDDIE MURPHY COMES TO NETFLIX WITH A FAMILIAR CHARACTER

There are certain iconic characters that actors are forever tied to. Mark Hamill is Luke Skywalker, Tom Selleck is Thomas Magnum, Harrison Ford is Han Solo and Indiana Jones and you can’t really wrap your head around anyone else playing those characters. One iconic 80s character is Axel Foley played by Eddie Murphy. He’s a Detroit cop that has to travel to Beverly Hills to solve a friend’s murder in this fish-out-of-water action comedy. He ended up going back two more times thus cementing Murphy as that character for all time. Since we can’t seem to let go of things Netflix has decided to release a fourth installment of the character returning to California one more time. Instead of calling it BHC4 though they have gone the current trend at called it Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. Like the Rambo and Rocky franchises they have put the title character in the name to not make it feel like a retread story. From the trailer it looks like some of the main characters and actors return.
