DRY JANUARY IS YOUR CHANCE TO CUT OUT THE ALCOHOL
Written by admin on January 2, 2024
Alcohol is a part of society whether you like it or not. The last few weeks or months you may have had a bit more than normal because you were celebrating the holidays. Halloween parties, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, office parties can all have a few different choices of bevvies from hard liquor to a good ol’ brewsky. There does come a point that the effects of alcohol and their accompanying calories can add up. So, for January they have Dry January where you don’t drink any alcohol. For some it’s a good thing to just slow down from over imbibing while for others it’s a good way to keep that New Year’s resolution in check by taking out those calories. If you had a few over night into the New Year or celebrated National Bloody Mary Day yesterday to have a bit of the hair of the dog that bit you I think you can let that slide and just carry it into the first day of February. No harm, no foul!
