THE RIDGEWAY, IOWA FIRE DEPARTMENT IS RAISING FUNDS FOR A NEW FIRE TRUCK

Volunteer emergency services in small communities rely on fundraisers and charitable contributions. They are used to buy anything from safety equipment to fire trucks and ambulances. KQ98 Cares along with WinnMed donated $500 to the Ridgeway, Iowa Fire Department so they can purchase air packs. These will help them safely battle fires and protect their community. They are also raising funds for a new fire truck with a roast beef dinner on April 21st from 10:30AM to 1:30PM at the Ridgeway, IA community Center.
