A TEACHER PRANKS HIS STUDENTS WITH FAKE SLANG WORDS

Slang is an ever changing genre of speech. Maybe when you were growing up you used “cool” or “hot” to describe something that was good. Perhaps things were “da bomb”, “fresh” or “rad” when you found them to be good. What if things were bad? Then you may have said they were “trash”, “hoopty”, or used an entire phrase such as “gag me with a spoon”. Whatever you used it was eventually replaced by the latest slang term and you were suddenly deemed out of touch or just plain old if you still used them. A teacher decided he would try a fun way to get back at the kids by making up new slang words and telling them THEY were the ones out of touch with the new slang. The words he used aren’t just random or made up words and actually make sense with the background he gives.
