You Just Consumed How Many Calories?
Written by Bill Dollar on November 28, 2024
Not counting the snacks, the drinks and the leftovers…this year we will consume between 2,092 (14% of us) and 6,300 calories (4% of us) at the Thanksgiving table. Desserts are the highest in calories. One slice of pecan pie packs about 470 calories alone. Do some yard work before you eat the big meal because it will take an average of five hours to burn off 3,000 calories. Happy Thanksgiving (in moderation) from all of us at KQ 98, Tri-State’s Country!
