Walking Can Add to Your Life Expectancy

Do you walk as much as you should? A new study says that 2 hours and 20 minutes at 3mph might be able to add up to 5 years. If you are not exercising very much (or at all), walking a short distance could increase your life by up to 11 years. Get the right shoes and remember that walking at work counts.
