Don’t want that Christmas Gift?

Don’t want your Christmas gift?  2024 may be a record year for taking items back as one in six (14.5%) will return an unwanted gift this year.  That amounts to $746 billion in merchandise.  Many retailers are now charging if you want to bring it back to their store or website.  There are even special warehouses that deal with returns.  Unfortunately, only about 30 percent will make it back into the store’s inventory.  The most returned item?  Underwear.
