Morning coffee drinking may be a good habit to have. A new European study released says that having coffee only in the morning was associated with a 16% lower risk of premature death from any cause and a 31% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. “For example, morning-type coffee drinkers may be more willing to exercise and eat non-ultra-processed foods. Less than one cup or more than three cups per day did not matter, according to the study.
