FISH
When Fish’s Mum was 17 she moved to America from England and met his father. At 23, he was in College and met the person that would be his mentor and on air partner (off and on) till she passed in 2021. The idea of a career where you can make people smile and laugh while helping others has been a dream for him. With such accolades as “Award Winning Photographer”, “Fastest Arby’s Sandwich Wrapper” and “Youngest Ever Lead In A High School Play” entertaining others every morning with his friends is just a natural fit. Fish was never fortunate enough to have any children but did have the opportunity to try and convince Hilary Clinton and her daughter (who was single at the time) to stop by and have some of his “Mum’s Famous Prego Spaghetti”.
Elizabeth Mary
Raised on a 400-acre dairy farm in rural Iowa, country girl Elizabeth Mary is the perfect example of a busy mom. Not only is she one of Fish’s favorite friends, she is an accomplished country songstress, children’s book author, mother and wife. Not afraid to enjoy a glass or two or three of wine after a long day. As a full-time, musician since 2018, Elizabeth Mary fills her schedule playing over 170+ shows yearly. She’s performed at many of the favorite bars on Broadway in Nashville. Plus she has opened for legendary country artists including Jordan Davis, Clint Black, Priscilla Block and Post Malone just to name a few. Give her a Corona with 2 limes with her Taco Tuesday.

Jen Stephens
Jennifer Stephens has a journalism background and education. She started out early, preferring newspapers to Barbie Dolls as a child. A veteran of CBS and ABC radio news her passion is current events. Other interests include; Coke, Starbucks, Hello Kitty, candy, Hallmark movies, recycling/up-cycling, cooking and cute, fluffy animals. (nothing cold- blooded or slimy.) Clearly not fan of the Oxford comma. Turn-offs include walking or doing things. Her ex-husband has been living in her house– ‘temporarily’. Jen and Fish have been friends for years and she thoroughly enjoys trying to get him to read books with BIG WORDS!
Jake The Trainer

They many moons ago when Fish was looking for a Trainer. And they became “Brothers” right away. He has Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Jake has also been a certified personal trainer for many years. Proud husband of Julie “The Wife” and father to two incredible daughters. One of Jake’s passions is cooking healthy and fun meals for his family. He started in the food service industry when he was 14 and has gained tons of knowledge at wide variety of restaurants. (Other than big belt buckles) Jake truly enjoys sharing tips on affordably cooking for your family as well helping people get in shape.
Traci Lee
Traci was born and raised in the Deep South listening to country music. She met Fish early on in her career and they became fast friends. For well over 12 years now Traci has lived and breathed the culture of Country Music and Nashville. Traci told Dustin Lunch she would eat pudding out of his dimples. He is (most likely) afraid of her at this point. She’s also in a very secret relationship with Riley Green. So so secret, that he isn’t even aware. Famously known to play the “Air Piano” and she can’t drink out of glass without a straw. Mainly because “my mawmaw gave me a sippy cup until I was two. So I’m used to sucking not drinking like a grown adult”.
Cailynn

Cailynn and Fish have been friends for years now. She has an intense love for Social Media as well as a massive attraction to Nashville. Fashion has always been a true love of hers since day-one. Born and raised near Madison, but her parents separated when she was younger. She grew up half city girl/half farm girl. Her love of fashion is apparent by her over flowing closet and over whelmed significant other. (Mitch is crazy about her, but there is no way he has room for his clothes in their home). Cailynn pulls no punches and has a love for picking on Fish for his unimaginative wardrobe of black hoodies and t-shirts.
